A Formal Affair, one of Northern Virginia’s most popular bridal boutiques, will be hosting another “Bridal University” class on Sunday, July 25. “Professor” Linda Vaughan, event planner and owner of Special Affairs, will be conducting the seminar “Wedding Planning Made Easy: Wedding Tips for Busy Brides”.
