They also have additional event spaces available for gatherings and celebrations outside the actual wedding, such as rehearsal dinner or the day after brunch. While many hotels in the area can host weddings indoors in large ballrooms, Holiday Inn Dulles has a unique tented courtyard that can fit up to 200 people for an outdoor wedding experience. Cocktails hours and receptions can be held outdoors as well as the actual ceremony, and menu packages can be customized.
Executive Chef Cesar Frias is passionate about food and only works with the freshest ingredients when preparing his dishes. Chef Cesar explains that “it gives me pleasure knowing that I had a hand in creating a one-of-a-kind wedding experience that one will share with friends and family members for years to come. Showing a little love and dedication is the main ingredient in preparing my dishes. Accommodating most any dietary or allergic needs without losing taste or flavor is my specialty.”
