Anne Marie and Sean’s Lakefront Celebration

Anne Marie and Sean are a stylish couple that knows how to party! They selected a venue that offered a peaceful lakefront setting, pastoral outdoor ceremony space and a full service indoor banquet experience for the reception. They ended up with gorgeous outdoor photos and a serene ceremony followed by a feast turned full fledged dance party. Who could ask for more? During the ceremony Anne Marie and Sean, who enjoy fine spirits, created their very own wedding day whiskey with an “Age Your Own” whiskey kit from Woodinville Whiskey Company. By pouring the white, un-aged whiskey into a cask to age, they’ll have a delicious reminder of their wedding day in time for their anniversary. What a cool idea!

Anne Marie was right on trend in letting her bridesmaids choose their own dresses in the pale blush tone she had selected as part of the color scheme for the day. The ladies looked and felt fabulous and perfectly complimented Anne Marie’s look, a fit and flare Inbal Dror gown with scalloped lace accents and pearl beading. The softness of the colors and styles fit right into the serene beauty of the lakeside setting. Sean looked handsome in his custom tailored, merlot suit from Holland & Sherry and his cream on cream tie was the perfect accompaniment to Anne Marie’s gown. Not to be outdone by the ladies, the groomsmen coordinated their ties to Sean’s suit and paired them with grey suits to round out the theme of deep reds and pale blushes that ruled the day.

Some of Anne Marie and Sean’s favorite details were the vintage postcards everyone used to write them special notes of congratulations, a fun alternative to a guest book, the delicate macarons they offered as wedding favors and, of course, the dance floor!
