Hayley and Tony are Colorado natives that wanted a true mountain wedding. They ended up planning “the perfect wedding with a mix of the classy, the rowdy, and the rustic”. Their romantically rustic venue, the Deer Creek Valley Ranch, features views that go on for miles and an old barn with rich wood colors that were the perfect backdrop for their chosen palette of dark navy, bright coral and gold. Their outdoor ceremony took place under a white gazebo surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains and minimalist decor of hanging mason jars and flowers adorning the aisle.
The reception had a casual elegant feeling. Each table was decked out with navy table cloths, a wood block table number, colorful florals featuring roses in shades of coral and pink and coral colored napkins on gold chargers to add an extra pop of color. This creative couple also incorporated large white lanterns with gold accents into their decor and they weren’t afraid of a little DIY either! Hayley and Tony bought an old piece of furniture which they painted aqua to use as their gift table and Hayley’s sister handmade a large wooden guest board which now hangs in the couple’s home as a fun reminder of their wedding day.
Tony and his groomsmen wore dark navy suits along with bow ties for a more formal look and Hayley’s gown had whimsical waterfall ruffles, an elegant belt embellishment and simple shoulder straps. She paired her look with dangling gold earrings and sparkling gold heels to tie into the gold theme and the bridesmaids wore lace cocktail dresses in coral. After a dinner of Italian food (Hayley’s favorite) and desserts that were all made by the bride’s mother and aunts, Hayley, Tony and their guests enjoyed dancing the night away. A perfect mountain wedding!
