Tiffany and Evan live together on a beautiful farm in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania. For years, it has been the place where they’ve shared meals with friends and family, enjoyed countless sunsets, and made memories. They knew that for their wedding, there was “no place like home”. Their loved ones pitched in for months before their big day getting the farm ready for the celebration. From sprucing up the dirt road to painting projects, things came together beautifully. Evan built a new fence which he told Tiffany was to corral the cows, but he had a surprise in mind, a special wedding gift for his new bride. After they exchanged their vows in a nearby church, the two were headed to their tented reception back home when Evan asked Tiffany to stop by the area he had recently fenced in. There, in the meadow, stood Bailey, the beautiful new horse Evan had bought for Tiffany. Her reaction was priceless. She was thrilled with her amazing wedding gift and Bailey’s bridle even matched the wedding party’s styling!
Tiffany was gorgeous in her lace trumpet-cut gown with its beaded bodice and tiered organza skirting. She finished her look with a fingertip veil and a sparklingly playful pair of Keds. Her bridesmaids wore non-matching gowns in shades of purple from lavender to lilac and all of the ladies carried bouquets of white peonies and blue wildflowers with plenty of lush greenery and eucalyptus accents. Evan and his groomsmen were handsome in khakis and gray vests paired with pale lavender ties, a cool look, perfect for a farm wedding.
The tented reception was decked out with vintage-inspired chandeliers and tables were set with crisp white linens and antique plates for an upscale, yet homey, vibe. Plenty of lush greenery and rustic lanterns completed the tablescapes and the head table, long and farmhouse style, was set under two floral “chandeliers” with a runner of greenery and wildflowers. Gold accents and vintage details like the charming velvet settee Tiffany and Evan posed on gave the decor extra rustic charm. Their furry friends were honored with a to go “treat” bar that held goodies guests could bring home to their pets and a fun takeaway candy bar was set up on an antique dresser at one end of the space. After dinner and a night of dancing in the warm evening air, Tiffany, Evan and their guests sent paper lanterns off into the night sky, a fun and beautiful goodnight ritual. Congratulations Tiffany and Evan!
