Kylie and John share a love of historic Savannah, GA, so when they got engaged, this Mississippi couple decided to tie the knot in the iconic river city. The day started with first looks and portraits by the industrial waterfront before their outdoor ceremony in Emmet park, just steps from the river in the heart of Savannah’s charming historic district. Their closest friends and family joined them in the park on a gorgeous late spring day where they were serenaded by a solo violinist and white floral arrangements sat atop white pedestals to create an altar.
Kylie was stunning in her lace gown with its antique-inspired lace and its court train. She finished her look with a long veil for added drama and her bridesmaids exuded southern charm in pale taupe off-the-shoulder gowns. All of the ladies carried bouquets of white florals and lush greenery and John and his groomsmen were dashing in navy blue. After sharing their first kiss as husband and wife, Kylie and John took advantage the city’s old Southern charm, capturing portraits in the park under a canopy of trees draped with Spanish moss. Then they headed down the street to Moon River Brewing Company to celebrate and dance the night away in the cellar party space. Congratulations Kylie and John!
