Joycinth and QC’s Love and Happiness Themed Wedding

by Amy Serrago

Joycinth and QC met online, Joycinth says they “had the most beautiful natural conversations” and that they make each other laugh. After five years together, QC popped the question the night before the pair was to travel to Florida to celebrate his birthday, turning the trip into a dual celebration! Their wedding day started with an outdoor ceremony at the Chase Country Club. They exchanged their vows in front of an altar of white trellis with sheer fabric accents and yellow flowers with blue ribbons, a joyful color scheme that would carry over into the reception space. Joycinth was gorgeous in her lace, trumpet cut gown with its sheer back and intricate beaded detailing. Her bridesmaids wore royal blue gowns in varying styles and each lady carried a bouquet of yellow and white roses. QC and his groomsmen were handsome in gray suits with royal blue vests and ties. The reception space was decked out in the day’s palette of blue and yellow, which enhanced the “love and happiness” theme that Joycinth chose for the celebration. Family style tables were set with crisp white linens and yellow rose petals were scattered along their centers. After dinner, Joycinth, QC and their guests enjoyed cocktails at the bar and the newlyweds cut their yellow and white wedding cake before cutting loose on the dance floor. Congratulations Joycinth and QC!
