Michelle and Andrew planned an absolutely dreamy wedding weekend on the water at Inn By the Sea in Cape Elizabeth Maine. Their wedding day started with first looks before their outdoor ceremony. The couple exchanged vows beside a rustic, birchwood arbor draped in white sheers and overflowing with an absolutely divine floral arrangement in pale pastels with hydrangea and roses taking center stage. After the “I do’s” Michelle and Andrew took a walk down the inn’s path to the beach to get some gorgeous portraits by the water.
Michelle was picture perfect in her lace mermaid cut gown with its sweep train and ivory belt. She finished her look with a sleek chignon and vintage-inspired rhinestone and pearl earrings. Her bridesmaids were sweet in royal blue lace dresses, their short hemline perfect for a seaside wedding. The bouquets were a pastel mix of pink, white and pale blush florals and Andrew and his groomsmen were dashing in gray suits paired with sky blue ties.
At the reception tables were set with crisp white linens and gray-blue runners. Perfectly pastel centerpieces featured blue hydrangea, pink roses and wildflower accents and nautical details like glass fish net floats and seashells completed the decor. Michelle and Andrew invited all of their guests with children to bring the kids along for the weekend. They even provided a special kids movie room where the younger set could hang out, color and enjoy pizza while the adults partied in the reception tent. After dinner, the newlyweds cut their wedding cake before heading back out to the dance floor to celebrate with their loved ones, including Andrew’s son who got everyone to dance with him to his favorite song, “We Will Rock You”! Congratulations you two, all the best!
