Morgan and Griffin: Hometown Romance on the Farm

by Amy Serrago

Morgan and Griffin grew up in the same town and their spring wedding was a celebration of that. Since they spend so much of their downtime enjoying the family farm in Wilson, North Carolina, they chose to say “I do” at home. It was natural that their ceremony take place under the enormous oak tree behind the farm’s main house. The invitations, the welcome sign and the beer koozie favors they gave to their guests all featured images of the grand tree. Most importantly, it shaded Morgan and Griffin a they pledged their love to one another.

Morgan was gorgeous in her fitted lace gown and Griffin was dapper in light gray. The wedding party was likewise outfitted in shades of gray and the ladies bouquets featured pops of pale pink. The tented reception featured vintage accents like lace table runners and a pink and gray color story. Meanwhile, a live band kept everyone on the dance floor until Morgan and Griffin made their getaway in their cute vintage truck. Congratulations Morgan and Griffin!
