John proposed to Andraya on Fourth of July Weekend. They enjoyed a delicious dinner and then John said he knew the perfect spot to watch the fireworks. They headed down the road to the vineyard where they’d shared their second date. When they arrived, Andraya saw a table set up near the vineyard’s reservoir. And it was filled with wine and desserts. Meanwhile, John cued up some Frank Sinatra. And the couple enjoyed wine, dessert and music under the stars. After that, they went for a walk.
At the edge of the reservoir, was an inflatable canoe, so they got in. John rowed them around the reservoir and as he did, he lit ten floating paper lanterns. Next, he paddled them to the center of the water, pulled out the ring and said, “I have one more surprise for you… Will you marry me?” Of course, she said yes! And they sipped champagne under the stars. They got married at Contento Vineyards in Hopland, CA ten months later.
Andraya was gorgeous in her flowing gown with its delicate straps. She finished her look with a cool pair of red cowboy boots. Her bridesmaids brought the color in every shade of the rainbow and added their own cowboy boots to compliment the bride’s style. At the same time, John and his groomsmen were dapper in gray. John wore all three suit pieces and his guys rocked vests!
The reception decor featured vibrant florals and rustic touches. Tables were set with white linens and yellow napkins and a bountiful buffet was served in the barn. Andraya and John gave seed packets as wedding favors and after dinner they cut loose on the dance floor. Congratulations Andraya and John!
