Justine and Rueben: Historic Charm Meets Modern Elegance

by Amy Serrago

Justine and Rueben met through Justine’s stepbrother, seeing each other “here and there” before they really started talking. Finally, they met again at the gym and went for a walk. While they walked, they told each other everything about themselves. Justine says, things started out “perfect. No secrets.” And they’ve been inseparable ever since. Rueben’s proposal was “laid back”. Justine was in her sweatpants with her hair in a ponytail and they were just about to eat Subway sandwiches. But she says she wouldn’t have it any other way!

Reuben and Justine exchanged vows at the Sepia Wedding chapel in Green Bay, WI. Justine was gorgeous in her blush ballgown. And Rueben was handsome in his burgundy tux. The bride pinned a picture of her late father to her bouquet. That way, it was like he was walking her down the aisle! Meanwhile, the bridesmaids brought the “something blue” and the groomsmen were dapper in classic black.

The reception decor featured rose gold linens and baby’s breath. The theater’s rustic charm combined perfectly with the elegant, modern styling. And the head table boasted a wooden “Mr. & Mrs.” sign and lush greenery. During dinner the newlyweds were honored with speeches from their love ones. But after that, they cut loose on the dance floor. Congratulations Justine and Reuben!
