Katie and Mike were together for 13 years before they made it official. During their first look photos, Katie brushed back a tear of joy and said “I am just so excited to marry this man!” After that private moment, they headed to St. Luke’s Chapel in the historic district of Charleston, where they finally said “I do”. Katie was stunning in her strapless ballgown and Mike was handsome in electric blue! At the same time, Katie carried a lush bouquet with a boho-chic vibe.
The reception took place at the Charleston Harbor Resort where dinner was served in an open air pavilion. The boho-chic floral design carried over into the decor and pops of pale pink complimented the blue and burgundy color palette. Flickering votives and gold accents completed the design. Meanwhile guests kept their beverages cool with personalized koozies and shared pics with the hashtag #finallythefitzs. After dinner, the party ramped up and the dance floor stayed packed until the sparkler send off. After that, Katie and Mike hopped a golf cart to “happily ever after”. Congratulations you two!
