The launch of the Sonesta Select helps to expand Sonesta’s footprint in key markets, growing their U.S. presence to to five brands in total and over 200 hotels. From airports to office parks, suburban neighborhoods to busy downtowns, Sonesta Select hotels will be found in communities across the U.S. When Sonesta Select continues its rollout early next year, the brand will grow to over 80 hotels. Sonesta Select will be one of the largest single hospitality brand launches in U.S. history – adding to Sonesta’s currently unfolding and monumental growth story begun this year.
Located just off Fairfax County Parkway between Route 50 and I-66, the property is ideally located for all guests – whether traveling east into Washington, D.C. or west to visit Northern Virginia’s wineries or enjoy the scenic drives. The all suite property boasts beautiful newly renovated guest suites with full kitchens, a state of the art gym, a patio with a BBQ and fire pit as well as spacious meeting rooms and an outdoor garden with a pergola for events.

The program will continue to evolve to align with new protocols and follow updated guidance from public health authorities that will maintain greatest levels of protection for guests and employees of Sonesta.
