Aileen, the bride, always wanted to say that she left her heart in San Francisco, so her and Tuan decided to elope at San Francisco City Hall with just their immediate family, then have a bigger celebration once they move to Los Angeles in March. They had never been inside City Hall, even though they have lived there for 12 years, so they were stunned to see how gorgeous it was.
