Intimate Wedding, Upstairs at Midtown

Erika and Andrew after many times of re-planning their event due to Covid, choose to keep it intimate and choose to have their small wedding at Upstairs at Midtown in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Industrial + Elegant was the style of this gorgeous occasion. They planned to have their Husband-and-Wife portraits at the infamous Rainbow Row. Through the most meaningful elements of any intimate celebration – handcrafted meals and the soft ambiance of their favorite music playing in the background – emotional connections and sublime memories are formed. Weddings are all about that personal touch. Erika and Andrew adored the vows of their intimate wedding, both reciting from leather bound books. To Erika and Andrew, an intimate wedding is made up of “just the people who live in your heart and the love of your life, so it can’t help but be special”. It’s about the “stories” of the past that bind people, and the stories they will make in the future for an eternity of love. The importance and meaning of these beautiful experiences are never lost at an intimate event, instead lifted up and valued beyond anything else.
