Elizabeth and Adam’s Elegant Fall Wedding in a Victorian House

Starting their day at Lizzy’s parents home, Adam prepared for the day in the basement with a glass of whiskey and some video games with his friends. Meanwhile Lizzy got ready with her mother and bridesmaids upstairs.

I arrived at Morningside Manor a few minutes early to get Adam set up for the first look. Both Lizzy and Adam were so excited to see each other and they got to enjoy a few quiet minutes alone as well as a little bit of Portrait time before the ceremony got underway.

Emotions ran high during the ceremony as they read their personalized vows to each other under the arbor in the gardens of Morningside Manor. I couldn’t help but think that this venue was a hidden gem. The surrounding trees filtered the sunlight to a soft glow and the well kept gardens were a rich green in color.

Once the reception began, Lizzy and Adam enjoyed their first dance, speeches from friends and family and an evening of dancing with their guests. Before leaving I pulled them aside for a few quick night portraits and then left them to enjoy the rest of their night.
