Brandy and Drew share a passion for traveling and film, specifically super 8 film. They got engaged under the Eiffel Tower, honeymooned in Greece, and have traveled the world together. But their favorite place to share with their friends and family is Northern Michigan. Nestled in between the bays, is a stunning new venue with an amazing view. This is where Brandy and Drew wanted to say I do and start their lives together.
Their day was filled with amazing details like their custom crest, the vintage car they rented, and so much more. The best part of their wedding was during the ceremony when they used their vintage polaroid that they love to take one final picture of each other as “singles”. It was unique, moving and inspiring. I surprised Brandy and Drew by filming part of their day on my Super 8 camera in BW because they love film so much. They have their own super 8 that they travel with to document their adventures so it was a perfect addition to their wedding day.
This gallery is inspired by their adventures and their love for film. It was mostly shot on medium format film and the super 8 video added.
