Estee and Matt’s Capitol Chic Rooftop Wedding

I like to call this wedding, “Capitol Chic,” as it was held on a rooftop in the state capital, Jackson, MS with the old Capitol building highlighted dramatically in the photos.  Estee and Matt married on June 17th, at The Faulker and elegantly repurposed office building in downtown Jackson.  Following their traditional ceremony, guests rode the elevator up to a formal cocktail reception featuring elegant southern favorites and specialty cocktails created just for the couple by a local Jackson institution, Char bar and restaurant.  Following the cocktail hour, the couple and guests took the elevator once again to the rooftop for an epic dance party, featuring a local brick oven pizza restaurant, Poppy Pies, serving their specialties hot out of their ovens.  As you can see from these photos, it was quite the party!
