Between mutual friends knowing that Philip Spagnolo and Tori Welsh were destined to be together and the intentionality that Phil and Tori put into their relationship, May 20, 2023 was a long time coming. Phil & Tori wanted to keep their Jasper County Fairgrounds wedding focused on what matters most to them: their faith, their loved ones, & one another.
