Jamie and Josh are from Wisconsin and recently moved to Colorado, so none of their friends or family live in Colorado, so they decided to have a small gathering with just a few guests instead of a big wedding where everybody would have to fly in. They gathered their best friend to officiate, just a few family members who were able to make the trek out, and, of course, their 10 year old pug, Lily. Lily signed their marriage license and was the star of the show. It’s kind of random, but Josh is really obsessed with Doctor Who, so he built a whole Tardis that they wanted photos with during their elopement, and which will be used as a photobooth at their reception later in the year. Everything was very simple and sweet from the two of them saying their vows privately before the ceremony, to having Lily stamp her paw as their witness.
