Cole and Amanda met in fall of 2015 attending college at SUNY Plattsburgh. They chose to plan their wedding in Plattsburgh, NY to begin the next chapter of their love novel. Amanda and Cole travel year round for Cole’s hockey profession, but Plattsburgh is always where they feel most at home.
They chose a rustic romantic feel for their wedding to celebrate their deep love for each other. There were many elements of home, like maple syrup from a local farm as the wedding favor, cider donuts from a local orchard to fill in their dessert table, and sand that filled their aisle vases from Amanda’s family camp in Chazy, NY.
