Hannah and Grant’s Lavender Baroque Wedding at Arbor Manor

Captured & submitted by Sarah Layne Photo & Design

Hannah and Grant met online, and after messaging back and forth for a bit, Grant drove over an hour just to take Hannah on a date. They hit it off immediately and spent almost every weekend together from that point forward. Grant proposed to Hannah on New Year’s Eve at the sand dunes in Rexburg, and she said yes!

Their wedding featured multiple vintage elements, including an ornate ballroom, lavender florals, and classy jazz music that perfectly represented their love story.

As Hannah and Grant prepared to share their first dance together as husband and wife, there was a technical difficulty with the music. After a few moments of waiting in silence for the song to start playing, the guests began singing “Can’t Help Falling in Love” a capella. It was such a sweet moment watching Hannah and Grant wrapped in each other’s arms as everyone sang for them.

Hannah told me that the part of marriage she’s most looking forward to is building a life together with her best friend. And after spending only a few hours with Hannah and Grant, I can definitely say that their friendship is one that will last through the ages.
