This was a last minute intimate elopement at Arches National Park. My couple flew out from Georgia to have an intimate wedding at one of the most special place to them, the Double Arch. Initially they considered a small wedding back home but after doing the math and realizing the stress of planning they opted for an elopement. Winter is a quiet time in the park so getting permits wasn’t a problem.
The groom wanted to bring some memories back from their first date so he had a special cake designed for the couple. It was vanilla cream with raspberry filling cake they hared on their first date. They also wanted some starry night pictures and wanted to feel cozy under a blanket which watching the night sky. We started with portraits ten moved on to ceremony location for a very meaningful and intentional vow exchange and ended up watching the stars emerge at night.
