Angela and Mathew’s Traditional and Elegant Wedding in St. Paul’s Chapel at Columbia University

We were thrilled to be part of yet another inspiring NYC wedding. This beautiful couple, originally from opposite ends of the world became united and have made this dynamic city their home. Their wedding day was a perfect reflection of their unique identities, enveloped in an abundance of love and joy.

On a lively Saturday morning in New York City, we arrived at the hotel to find the preparations in full swing. As I started capturing these invaluable moments, a sudden northeastern summer downpour drenched the streets. Luckily, it was just a brief shower. After documenting a few details and getting ready moments, the festivities began with a traditional Chinese Tea ceremony, a beautiful homage to tradition and a sincere gesture towards their parents.

The couple shared a tender “First Look” in the privacy of their hotel room, where the groom saw his bride in her wedding dress for the first time.

The wedding ceremony took place in the magnificent St. Paul’s Chapel at Columbia University, a significant location as the bride had once studied there. Following the beautiful ceremony, guests proceeded to The Milling Room for a reception filled with elegance and joy.

It was a remarkable celebration, and we were charmed by their loved ones as we delighted in photographing each one.

Here are just some of our treasured moments!
