Romantic Purple Hues Styled Shoot Wedding at The Barn at Brambleton

Submitted by Danielle Towle Photography

Purple is a trending color in 2024 with lilac, lavender and periwinkle being 3 of the top wedding colors of the year! The color purple brings a sweetness and romance like something out of an episode of Bridgerton. This wedding brought us purple, romantic and moody moments that had us ready to open our favorite romance novel.

The Barn at Brambleton opened in 2024 and is a perfect backdrop to any rustic and elegant wedding day. With the arched wooden ceilings of the renovated dairy barn and wooden crossback chairs we brought together homey and luxurious with these purple hues and wooden elements.

Our groom donned a crimson tux from Alton Lane with a black lapel and bowtie that brought a modern color to a classic look. While the bride wore the Suri dress by Eddy K with floral applique and a flowy skirt that brought together this dreamy and country look. The two of them together looked passionately in love and chic.

Perhaps the biggest showstopper of the day was the floral arch created by Petal N Bloom with wisteria, roses, and purple delphinium. These hanging florals looked like the archway to a secret garden hidden in the Virginia countryside. The floral arch was dripping with enchantment and smelling of sweet rose.

This styled shoot was the perfect combination of elegance, warmth, and a touch of cottage core to bring a romantic wedding vision to life!
