This simple styled elopement was created to highlight the beauty of intimacy within a grand, historic setting. Set inside the Utah State Capitol, the design focused on restraint—clean lines, soft movement, and a neutral palette—allowing the architecture to speak just as loudly as the couple.
Rather than layering in excess florals or décor, the vision centered on connection and scale: a quiet moment between two people framed by marble staircases, classical columns, and natural light. The contrast between the minimal styling and the stately surroundings was intentional, emphasizing that an elopement can feel both timeless and deeply personal.
This editorial was designed to inspire couples who are drawn to simplicity, art, and meaningful locations—proof that elopements don’t have to be remote or elaborate to feel elevated and unforgettable.
