Hampton Inn Manassas Makes Wedding Weekends Easier for Couples and Their Guests

Planning a wedding involves more than choosing a ceremony and reception venue. Couples also need to think about where out-of-town guests will stay, where everyone can gather before and after the wedding, and how to make the weekend convenient for family and friends.

For couples celebrating in Manassas and Prince William County, Hampton Inn Manassas offers wedding room blocks and flexible event space that serves as a home base throughout the wedding weekend.

Located at 7295 Williamson Boulevard in Manassas, the hotel is convenient to Interstate 66 and Route 234, approximately five minutes from Old Town Manassas and about 10 minutes from Sweeney Barn. It is also close to Foxchase Manor and other wedding and event venues in the area.

Keep Wedding Guests Together with a Room Block

For weddings bringing family and friends into Northern Virginia, a hotel room block gives guests a central place to stay and spend time together beyond the reception. Hampton Inn Manassas offers discounted group rates with a minimum block of 10 rooms. Wedding guests also receive complimentary hot breakfast and free parking.

Couples booking a qualifying wedding room block can choose an additional benefit: a 20% discount on the hotel’s event space or a complimentary suite. “Our Wedding Room Block options provide couples with a convenient way to keep family and friends together in one location throughout their celebration,” Us Zepeda said.

The hotel can also assist couples with coordinating custom welcome bags for arriving wedding guests.

Space for Showers, Brunches, and Wedding Weekend Gatherings

The hotel has approximately 1,500 square feet of event space accommodating up to 100 people. That opens up possibilities beyond the wedding reception itself. Couples can use the space for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings, bridal party events, gift openings, meet-and-greets, and post-wedding breakfasts or brunches.

The event space is currently $600 for up to four hours. Longer rentals are $1,200 plus tax. Tables, chairs, and white linens are included. Wedding parties may bring in outside catering at no additional charge, giving couples the flexibility to choose food that works for their celebration and budget. Alcohol is permitted with the appropriate Virginia ABC permit.

That combination can be particularly helpful for couples whose primary wedding venue does not offer overnight accommodations. Guests can return to the same hotel after the celebration, then gather again the following morning without having to travel to another location.

A New Look Is Coming

Hampton Inn Manassas is also preparing to update its event space. Renovations are planned to give the space a more modern, elegant feel while maintaining the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The refreshed space is expected to provide couples with another option for smaller wedding-related celebrations in the Manassas area.
