Elegant University of Virginia Wedding

Captured & submitted by Marshall Arts Photography One day shy of the two-year anniversary of their first date, Cherise and Jeremy welcomed family and friends to celebrate their wedding in Charlottesville, Virginia at The Inn at Darden for their University of Virginia wedding on the north grounds! Cherise had just graduated from UVA’s medical school the weekend before, and so the campus holds a very special meaning for the couple. THE PROPOSAL Jeremy and Cherise were enjoying a trip to Paris and climbed the 669 stairs to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower on their first night. After completing their mission, they sought out someone who spoke English to document their accomplishment. Little did Cherise know, but when she turned around from handing her camera to the stranger for the photo, Jeremy had already dropped to one knee to …

Photos and story by Kimberly Harrell Photography Jacey and Jacob had their Hidden Pines Wedding this week! Ring the bells because this is a match made in heaven and has been in the works since 5th grade! (Cue all the heart emojis) Carson, the best man, told of how these two exchanged gifts that year and how his big brother gave Jacey earrings even though she didn’t have pierced ears. “Real Smooth” Carson quipped “Glad she gave you another chance” They said I do at Hidden Pines Chapel in Highland Village. I loved the pops of color splashed throughout their ceremony and reception. The chapel where they had their ceremony is absolutely breathtaking! Light-colored walls, high ceilings, huge windows, amazing light, gorgeous florals everywhere- it’s a total dream! They even managed to look great despite a freak thunderstorm! Nothing could …

Industrial Chic North Carolina Wedding

Photos captured by Summer Brooke Photography Submitted by Tier & Co. The focus of this shoot was to really focus on the intimacy between the couple and portray that through the décor and the photography. The couple actually had to cancel their reception due to COVID, so they didn’t have any sort of real wedding photos to look back on. Once I found this out, I was so glad that we were able to give them some true wedding photos signifying their love and how special their wedding day still could be!

Falling in Love Chic Wedding Styled Shoot

Photos and story by Quamina Image Ghartey of Events By Lady J, and Floral Designer, Patricia Sterling of Sincerely PS Events and Design, along with a talented team of industry partners. The combination of fall scenery with beautiful details of bold and vibrant colors added a touch of sophistication to the shoot. We fell in love with a beautiful bold orange chair and built the theme of the shoot around it. We combined bold color palettes of orange, dusty blue, light blue, gray, and accented it with gold. With the autumn weather, we thought we could emphasize the scene by setting up a chic table with an autumnal and glamorous touch. We played with autumn colors in the flowers, invitations, menu cards, and custom macaroons to emphasize the look. To add to the shoot we incorporated a whiskey and cigar …

They then decided that even though the wedding moved to December that it was important to them to move forward with that date (this decision was made two weeks before the date). The plan was to do a small vow exchange in a small neighborhood park. I reached out to some local friendors who willingly offered their services. This included a full video production livestream from Omarvelous Productions through Facebook …
