Livia and Kyle held their wedding ceremony on the grounds of the gorgeous Santa Barbara Courthouse. This historic structure, with it’s classic Spanish architecture and styling is nothing like what you’d expect a courthouse to be. It’s more like a church or museum with its high arches, spiral staircases, and ornate tile accents throughout. The perfect spot to capture amazing images of the bride and groom and to say “I do” under the crystal blue skies and glowing sunshine of a perfect Southern California afternoon.
Their reception was at the Cabrillo Pavilion Arts Center, a beautiful spot right on the beach. With a temperature in the mid 70’s, Livia and Kyle truly had the perfect day. All of the details were spot on, with adorable jenga pieces as a guest book to sign, personalized wine bottles on every table and an antiqued mirror to display the seating assignments for the guests.
The florals were a colorful blend of Gerbera daisies, chrysanthemums and roses mixed with eucalyptus leaves and greenery that gave the decor an easy elegance. Livia’s styling was perfect for the day, her light and airy lace gown had a simple, classic feel and the crown of flowers in her hair gave her a boho chic look. Kyle was handsome in his gray suit and lavender tie. Together the two flowed seamlessly from courthouse to beach house!
