Lyndsey and Nick said “I do” at Serra Plaza in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The historic plaza offers old world charm with a timeless feel. The open air courtyard was crowned by strung Edison lights and its center fountain was dripping with lush florals, creating the perfect wedding altar. Lyndsey was stunning in her lace gown with its beaded bodice and sweetheart neckline. She finished her look with pearl earrings, a fingertip veil and an all white pair of Converse high tops. Her maid-of-honor followed suit on the footwear, opting for black low tops with a purple stripe to match her vibrant purple gown. Nick and his best man were handsome in dark gray with purple accessories and each wore a simple calla lily boutonnière on his lapel.
For the reception, the courtyard was reset and tables draped in crisp white linens boasted centerpieces of lush greenery with white florals and large hurricane candles. Gold accents completed the decor and Lyndsey and Nick’s sweetheart table, which sat right in front of their fountain altar boasted a lush greenery runner spotted with white roses. Old family wedding photos sat on a charming vintage sideboard which later held the couple’s gorgeously decorated wedding cake. As the sun set over the courtyard, Lyndsey, Nick and their guests enjoyed an evening of celebration and dancing under the clear night sky.
