Margaret and Jamie said “I do” at the idyllic Fallen Oaks Estate in Paso Robles, California. They were surrounded by friends and family and the rolling hills and wineries of the region. The day started with an intimate ceremony under a grand oak tree on the estate’s 40 acre property which boasts its own vineyards. A wooden arbor adorned with a vibrantly colorful floral arrangement made the perfect backdrop as Margaret and Jamie pledged their love to one another
Margaret was simply stunning in her lacy sheath gown with its sparkling beaded detailing and court train. She finished her look with a diamond pendant necklace and a fingertip veil. Her bridesmaids wore lilac, a prominent color in the day’s palette, and each lady carried a whimsically styled bouquet of white and purple florals with wildflower and greenery accents. Jamie was dapper in a gray suit which he paired with a lilac shirt and purple plaid tie.
The farmhouse tables at the open air reception were set with vintage-inspired lace runners and antique plates while lilac napkins completed the tablescapes. Centerpieces of succulents in wooden boxes were complimented by pillar candles in vintage holders and dozens of Edison lights hung high above the space. DIY elements combined with local artisanal touches to create the fabulously vintage-chic decor. Margaret and Jamie wowed their guests with a first dance to rival the best that “Dancing With the Stars” could possibly offer and after dinner everyone enjoyed s’mores and drinks around the bonfire. A perfect wine country evening. Congratulations Margaret and Jamie!
