Kelsea and Dan: A Gorgeous Garden Wedding By the Water

by Amy Serrago

Kelsea and Dan got married by the water, but they didn’t want the “typical beach wedding”. Instead, they focused on the gorgeous gardens outside their yacht club venue and planned a colorful floral dream featuring lavender gowns for the bridesmaids and lush wildflowers. The bouquets were lovingly handmade by Kelsea’s aunt and they were the perfect pop of color to compliment Kelsea’s stunning lace gown. Her cathedral train’s detailing was absolutely beautiful and her fingertip veil was just the right finishing touch. Dan and his groomsmen were dashing in navy blue suits and colorful boutonnières.

The lush blooms of the club’s garden created a colorful backdrop for portraits by the water and inside the reception tables were set with cream linens and white napkins, a clean palette to highlight Kelsea’s aunt’s fine floral work. As the sun went down, Kelsea and Dan kicked off the party on the dance floor and their guests soon joined in to celebrate the newlyweds. Congratulations you two!
