Kiersten and Jason’s Intimate Beach Club Wedding

Kiersten and Jason’s vision of the perfect wedding was intimate, elegant and by the sea. They found all of that at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in Stevensville. MD. The club is about a two hour drive from their home in Philadelphia, far enough to feel like a getaway, but close enough that their friends and family could come and spend the weekend. The couple exchanged vows beside the club’s grand fireplace. Its mantel was absolutely brimming with the dreamiest florals. Plenty of greenery and blush and peach roses set a romantic tone for the day. Kiersten was glowing in her satin gown with its lacy illusion neckline and full skirting. She topped off her look with a fingertip veil and carried a stunning bouquet of roses, eucalyptus, disbuds and a pop of protea. Her bridesmaids were elegantly clad in beaded champagne gowns, giving the wedding party’s styling a hint of sparkle. The guys were dapper in classic black. Jason in a bow tie, his groomsmen in straight ones.

The reception space was decked out with heavenly floral arrangements while floating candles and crisp white linens gave the space a light and airy feel. Kiersten and Jason’s sweetheart table was draped with a gold brocade cloth and covered in a lush greenery runner spotted with delicate florals. A gold “Mr. & Mrs.” sign and flickering votive candles completed the table design and instead of a traditional seating chart, this clever couple used wine bottles fitted with custom labels to let guests know where they were sitting. After dinner, guests had a great time cutting loose on the dance floor and when it was time to see the newlyweds off, they did so with sparklers in hand. Congratulations Kiersten and Jason!
