Lauren and Chris had the quintessential New York City wedding! Their day started with a traditional church ceremony at St. Patirck’s Old Cathedral. The downtown gem was the seat of the NYC diocese before the iconic 5th Avenue cathedral was built. After their first married kiss, the happy couple posed for portraits beside the arch in Washington Square park. Lauren was stunning in her mermaid cut gown and cathedral-length veil and Chris was dapper in his classic black tux!
The reception featured dreamy all-white decor. For instance, white orchids were everywhere! At the same time, white hydrangea and tall flowering branches combined with floating candles to create show stopping centerpieces. Meanwhile, the romantic dark lighting and hanging candles gave the illusion of a starry sky above and the floor to ceiling windows provided full views of the Hudson River. But after the sun went down, guests had a great time dancing the night away. Congratulations Lauren and Chris!
