Illuminating Weddings!

As usual, the Pantone Color Institute has a knack for feeling the mood all around us and announces the perfect color for us to embrace each year.  We have two gorgeous colors for 2021 – Illuminating & Ultimate Gray.  PANTONE 13-0647 is known as “Illuminating,” for its bright yellow hue that has the highest visibility emoting hope, and brightness.  PANTONE 17-5104 is known as “Ultimate Gray” which is quietly assuring and evokes the feeling of a firm foundation of reliability, wisdom, and experience.  These two colors and a combination of them certainly feel like just want we need to boost the human spirit.

Jenny & Victor ran with Illuminating for their October wedding at The Atrium at Meadowlark in 2020. Their wedding was a ray of sunshine for their family, friends, and loved ones.  Having had to substantially reduce their guest count, their wedding guests attended from Texas and other parts of the country through live streaming.  They plan on having a huge party later this year and we think they might be incorporating Illuminating and Ultimate Gray all the way.

Other color worthy things to note, this beautiful & happy couple chose their own décor and incorporated various aspects of their faith, family, and food on their wedding day. The delightful structures for their sweetheart table and ceremony areas were thoughtfully designed and installed with their love for the earth such as earth tones and silk flowers to minimize fresh waste.  Their centerpieces and cake were decorated with large red roses – symbolizing eternal love.
