Small Wedding Outside the US Capitol

From the Bride:

“Adrian and I met at church, National Community Church in DC. We’d each been going to the church for many years and never met, to later find out Adrian went to the early service and I went to the later service.  One Sunday Adrian decided to enjoy the wonders of sleeping in and went to the later service. On happenstance we sat next to each other and struck up a conversation, he asked for my number and after I sufficiently trolled his Facebook and confirmed we had some mutual friends I accepted his request for a date!

We planned a small intimate ceremony outside at the Bartholdi fountain, a DC hidden gem. Our family members participated by reading scriptures and handing us our rings. We then walked a short distance to Fogo De Cho to celebrate our first meal as a new family, and then we waived goodbye and off to the airport for our honeymoon in the Maldives.

Vendors included hair by our friend Monte of Salon Monte and TLC’s Say Yes To the Dress in Alexandria and custom rings by Mark Broumand in LA.”
