Gumbo, po-boys, jambalaya, red beans and rice, étouffée, muffulettas and beignets are just some of the delivious foods famously found in New Orleans. For Tia and Kevin, this was enough reason to elope in the Big Easy. Their intimate ceremony was held in beautiful, historical Felicity Church followed by fun and food (of course)!
Tia tells us a little more about their relationship and special day:
“We met on the app coffee meets bagel. We chose to elope/have a minimony on our first date. Kevin wanted to go on a long honeymoon and propositioned that if we ever made it to the altar how I would feel about a really small wedding if we had one at all so we could go on a month honeymoon. It didn’t take as much convincing as he thought it would! Lol We chose New Orleans because we both love the food and the music. We are foodies and we wanted to have a good time so it seemed like a no brainer.”
