Celebrity event planners Sean Koski and Brian Kelly have no trouble planning for others. It’s no surprise that during their process when challenges were presented, like their dream venue closing 90 days prior to the big day, they were still able to pull off a beautiful wedding day. Details are below:

Sean Koski and Brian Kelly have had their fair share of issues whilst being planners planning their own wedding. Just 90 days prior to their big day they had to change venues due to the original one closing. Making their all outdoor, no tent needed, wedding dreams come true was all thanks to Hilton. The pair who live in Palm Beach, FL chose to host their guests and their nuptials at The Hilton West Palm Beach – a venue where completely outdoor parties are met with glee.  The celebrity event planners of Ticket2Events had a doted guest list including those they’ve planned for like of LeeAnne Locken from Bravo Tv’s Housewives of Dallas. Jill Zarin a long time friend, the OG of Housewives of New York gave words of advice reminding the now Mr. and Mr. Kelly to ‘have someone take good behind the scene video and photos and EAT when you get a chance because you don’t get to eat during the party!’

Guests were greeted upon their arrival with a sip of Komos Tequila at the picturesque Bootlegger Bar, a mobile bar that was adorned with oversized bouquets forming the letters “S + B “, the grooms initials, made by Venus et Fleur. Once ready to take their seats, guests received their own copies of “The Wedding Post”, a special edition “newspaper” print created by Ticket2Events, who says that this spin on the traditional wedding program book helps keep things light during such an otherwise very formal time. Once seated, the ceremony aisle was transformed into a fashion show blasting to the tunes of Gavin Degraw, Fleetwood Mac, The Chicks and ending with ‘ultimate’ by Lindsay Lohan.

The ceremony aisle, prepared by @xquisiteeventsfl and flanked with imported tropical greenery and exotic white florals from @rosalieflowers.us paired with contrasting ghost chairs in black from @atlaseventrental a perfected look conceptualized by the fashion show runway style the grooms have always loved. A processional in runway fashion featured the entire bridal party as models. With 30 total, the guys and girls wore the latest looks of traditional tuxedos from Suit Shop, ivory gowns from Dessy.com light catching jewelry and bling from 12fifteen Diamonds. The grooms, Sean and Brian ended the fashion show when heading to the altar in their completely midnight blue tuxedos with matching Stubbs and Wooten brand velvet loafers. Once finished with a traditional vows ceremony including the exchanging of the rings, a stack of three gorgeous pieces by 12fifteen Diamonds hand delivered by @creamyravioli (their cream colored French Bulldog who also wore a tux), they raised a glass and toasted with their own shot of Tequila Komos, conveniently waiting for them at the altar.

Following the ceremony guests mingled at a cocktail hour featuring the grooms’ favorite flavors of the world which included craft beer from Montauk Brewing Company, shrimp shumai and lobster Mac and Cheese. The cocktail hour also included live musicians who played some of their favorites on a stand up bass and saxophone. When it was time to usher guests to dance the night away, an 100ft escort card display along a gold accented glass shelves housed each guests name atop a rainbow colored rose by Venus et fluer completed with a glass of Josh Sparkling Rosé for them to enjoy whilst finding their seats.

When seated at the reception, guests were met with a pasta course to whet their appetite. Brian’s favorite, penne al a vodka, was added to The Hilton Menu special for the occasion. The grooms entered the wedding reception’s checkered dance floor to September by Earth Wind and Fire, a nod to their engagement which took place on the 21’st night of September.

Their first dance, a choreographed routine from Fred Astaire, was to the tune of ‘Never Tear us Apart’ by INXS. A night of non-stop dancing was in part thanks to the 12 piece band setup by Ticket2Events. To help keep everything on schedule, the grooms, who run an event planning company themselves, relied on day of coordinator Jessica from LaValse Events. Activities for those taking a break from dancing included an interactive take on a guest book with a phone booth to leave a message for the grooms by After The Tone, an adult approved bounce house, 360 Photo Booth, standard Photo Booth and even an option to weigh in on the live painting by Cherished Rain Art. No speeches were made at the wedding as the grooms wanted to forego any reason not to dance themselves! They did however stop to cut the cake, a 3 tiered red velvet cake made by Earth & Sugar. Everything was captured by their photographer Eddie of @Oak.Media and Videographer, Dmitri from @Magaset_Weddings

13 years of work together as event planners made the night that much more special for Sean Koski and Brian Kelly. The two who co-founded Ticket2Events have planned numerous events and weddings alike including parties with celebrities like milkshake singer Kelis and various real housewives like Jill Zarin whose annual event in The Hamptons they are co-creators of. The newly Mr. & Mr. Kelly plan to spend their honeymoon in an exotic and lust worthy location that we can’t wait to see on IG where together, they share a travel account @EternalTravelerMag and an event planning account @Ticket2Events.
