Valeria and Mason’s Elopement at Beautiful Alpine Lake

Valeria and Mason have been together since college. They went on their first date on September 25th their freshman year of college, so they decided to get married on the same day years later.  Luckily for them, that also happens to be peak fall foliage season in the mountains of Colorado. They decided to rent a jeep and take it up the backroads on the mountains around Crested Butte where they said their vows at a beautiful turquoise alpine lake.  After saying “I do”, they popped champagne, signed their marriage license, and cut into the cutest cake to celebrate. Some cows that are free ranging in the area decided to join in on their little celebration, too. We drove around the mountains a little bit, peeped the golden aspens all over, and eventually headed back to town.
