This Vail engagement session was built around what they genuinely love: snowboarding, mountain views, and laughing together the entire time. We started in Lionshead Village by the river for a quieter, romantic beginning—then headed up to the top of Vail Mountain for those wide-open, “is this real life?” winter backdrops. Once we were up high, the session turned into a true adventure story: wind in their hair, big views behind them, and zero pressure to be perfectly posed. Their silly, effortless personalities made every frame feel authentic and totally theirs.
For the finale, I rode the gondola down while they snowboarded alongside it, giving us a cinematic ending with real movement and energy. The result is a gallery that feels like a mountain date day—playful, scenic, and completely one of a kind.
