A bridal party consists of the most important people in your life – close family and best friends (who you basically consider family anyway). There’s no question that they’ve supported you through your entire life, and now through the entire wedding planning process. They have important jobs on the day of your wedding – dropping flowers down the aisle, carrying your wedding rings, and trying to keep you calm and composed.
Being in the wedding industry for over 10 years, I feel like I have seen it all. Personally, I have been in over 12 weddings, it almost looks like Katherine Heigl in 27 Dresses towards the back of my closet! While wedding party gifts are not necessary, many brides and grooms feel the need to give a token of thanks. But, if I am being honest, I can only handle so many monogrammed key chains and makeup bags.
I have created some of my personal favorites that are not your typical gifts of appreciation. With all of the various people involved in your wedding, gift giving can get a bit overwhelming. I recommend creating a list of all of the individuals participating in your wedding and crossing off each gift as you purchase it. Aim to have everything purchased and wrapped no later than one month before the big day. You’ll be happy when there’s one less thing on your to-do list during the busy weeks before your wedding. And don’t forget, this should be an item in your budget!
