Lauren and Justin’s Colorful Early Spring Wedding

Lauren and Justin met through mutual friends and felt an instant connection. The two are based in NYC, but for their wedding they wanted a less urban vibe, so they chose the Rock Island Lake Club in Sparta, New Jersey for it’s amazing food and extra long cocktail hour. They held their ceremony on the club’s outdoor patio beside an alter of birch wood, surrounded by the last bits of winter snow. Their vibrant floral color scheme provided the perfect contrast to the white snow, a beautiful celebration of the early days of spring.

Lauren was absolutely stunning in her vintage inspired Stella York gown with its show stopping lace train and sexy sheer detailing. Her bridesmaids coral gowns, each with a different lacy neckline, brought an utterly joyful vibe to the day and Justin and his groomsmen looked polished in their classic black tuxedos.

The reception space was decorated with whimsical florals that featured roses, hydrangea and wildflowers. The bright pinks and greenery popped against the long dark wood tables that were set with plenty of votives and floating candles in vases of dendrobium orchids. Nautical accents completed the decor and set the scene for a fun filled night of dining and dancing. Congratulations Lauren and Justin!
