Emily and Lindsey got married at the beautiful and historic Ainsworth House in Oregon City. They stood at the base of an ancient pine tree and exchanged vows surrounded by the love and support of their dearest friends and family. As the late afternoon sun beamed through the grand tree’s branches, Emily and Lindsey walked down an aisle adorned with whimsical arrangements of sunflowers, greenery and blue thistle. The day was absolutely filled with love and laughter.
Combining their unique styles, Emily and Lindsey created a vintage, boho-styled celebration with whimsical flair. Emily was radiant in her fitted lace gown with its sweetheart neckline and court train and Lindsey was absolutely beaming in her gray vest, white button-down and navy blue bow tie. After their first kiss as a married couple, the two stole away to capture portraits on the grounds of the stunning 1851 house as guests enjoyed cocktails on the lawn.
At the reception, tables were set with crisp white linens and rustic centerpieces of burlap and ball jars brimming with bohemian inspired floral arrangements. Photos of the couple sat at each table and instead of numbers, Emily and Lindsey assigned each table a color from the day’s palette of yellows, greens and blues. Guests were given “Love is Love” buttons with Emily and Lindsey’s wedding date on them as favors and dinner was served buffet style. After dinner, Emily and Lindsey shared their first married dance together and guests soon joined in. When it was time to say goodnight, the newlyweds were honored with a fun sparkler send off as they went off to start their honeymoon. Congratulations Emily and Lindsey!
