Inspiration From South of the Border

The talented team behind this dessert themed shoot drew their inspiration from a trip to Tecate, Mexico where warm terra cotta pots line the streets, filled with flowers and succulents. They headed to Balboa Park in San Diego to recreate those “south of the border” vibes and did an amazing job. Using rich jewel tones, vintage furniture and fun accents like brass placeholders, velvet throw pillows and one particularly funky steer skull, they created an alternate environment.
