Leander and Madison’s Surprise Proposal

When Leander asked Madison out on a casual date for ice cream and a walk in his favorite park, she had no idea she would be engaged by the end of the afternoon! But Leander had a plan. He took his love to Dairy Queen for a Blizzard. Meanwhile her best friend Lizzie and their photographer, Keelan, of Keelan Walker Photography, were heading to the park with cameras (and video) in hand. They hid out while Leander and Madison casually strolled along the Tennessee River’s bank, talking and enjoying their frozen treats. When the happy couple took a seat, Leander gave Madison a special gift. He’d made a book for her filled with illustrated memories of their relationship and his feelings about each on one page and an actual photo of that memory on the opposite page. When she got to the last page of the book, the words above the illustration asked “will you marry me?”. Madison looked up from the page to find Leander on one knee, holding a ring. Of course, she said yes! And Keelan and Lizzie were there to capture the moment. But there was one more surprise in store, Leander had rented a nearby venue and invited all of their closest friends and family to dinner to celebrate their engagement. How romantic!
