Ana and Adan met at a reggae bar in Ocean Beach, a neighborhood in San Diego, CA. Ana was celebrating her birthday with some close friends, one of whom had invited a “handsome stranger” to come along. The moment Ana set eyes on him, she thought, “who is that? And he better not have a girlfriend”. Of course that stranger turned out to be Adan, and no – he didn’t have a girlfriend. But he was shy and the two didn’t exchange numbers that night or talk to each other until again two months later. At that same bar, with the same group of friends, Ana and Adan ran into each other again. This time, Ana made sure to give him her number!
Their wedding day started with a traditional Catholic ceremony at St. Patrick’s church in San Diego. Ana was beautiful in her lace A line gown with its delicate sheer straps and deep V neckline. She carried a bouquet of white roses and greenery with blush accents and her bridesmaids were pretty in pale purple. Adan and his groomsmen were right on trend in bold blue suits and the whole wedding party had a blast posing for pictures in the park before the open air reception. Tables were set with white linens and centerpieces of pastel florals with driftwood and brass details. The newlyweds’ sweetheart table was absolutely dripping in lush florals and guests were serenaded by a live Mariachi band. After dinner and some group portraits, Ana, Adan and their guests had a great time celebrating in the warm night air. Congratulations Ana and Adan!
