Grace and Matt met online and hit it off right away. They were on a vacation together in Jamaica when Matt proposed. It was the first day of the trip and Grace says, “we were just getting ready to go down to the beach and I turned around and he was on his knee. So Sweet!” When the wedding planning began, Grace was inspired by her favorite dusty blue color and its “romantic feel”. She says she and Matt had a “less is more mindset” when it came to decor, especially since their venue, Sundance Studios, has such a cool vintage industrial vibe. They exchanged vows under an industrial-chic canopy of corrugated steel decorated with lush greenery and pillar candles.
Grace was stunning in her mermaid cut gown with its sleek styling and “wow factor” in the back. Her bridesmaids were lovely in dusty blue and all of the ladies carried eucalyptus bouquets. Matt and his groomsmen were dashing in gray suits and black ties. The reception decor was a mix of candles and greenery with pops of blue like the indigo water goblets. Small white flowers accented the decor and strung Edison lights hung from the ceiling, giving the room a warm and cozy glow. The dessert table featured French macarons and donuts – the perfect fuel for a night of dancing and celebration. Congratulations Grace and Matt!
