Lizzy and Shane share a love of craft beer. So, it was a natural choice for them to tie the knot at a brewery. They chose Cisco Brewers (formerly Red Hook Brewery) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire for their wedding. The pair planned a laid back day filled with love, laughter and of course, beer! They started with first looks before their outdoor ceremony which included a beer-brewing unity ritual. Not only did Lizzy and Shane pledge their commitment to each other, but they also created a delicious new brew.
Lizzy was gorgeous in her A-line gown with its illusion neckline and lacy bodice. She finished her look with dangling gold and pearl earrings and sparkling red kicks! Her bridesmaids were pretty in red cocktail dresses with pale blue hydrangea bouquets. Lizzy’s bouquet was a mix of red roses and berries. Shane and his groomsmen were dapper in gray, skipping the jackets to rock vests. Shane’s tie was red and gray plaid and his guys’ were solid red.
At the reception, tables were set with crisp white linens and red napkins. Meanwhile, centerpieces featuring red roses and blue hydrangea were set in craft beer growlers. Their red and turquoise color scheme popped against the white tent and live musicians entertained the guests during dinner. Outside on the lawn, friends and family could mingle and enjoy outdoor games while sipping one of several craft brews that were on tap. Lizzy and Shane cut a small cake with a beer-themed topper and served brew flavored cupcakes for dessert. For this fun-loving couple, it was a perfect afternoon of relaxing with their loved ones and celebrating each other. Congratulations Lizzy and Shane!
