Claire and JC’s wedding day started with first looks at their venue, Indian Hills Country Club in Kansas City. They were laughing and having a great time with their wedding party before the ceremony even started! They took the time to capture a few photos around the city and then headed to Village Presbyterian Church for the ceremony. Light streamed in through the church’s large windows and Claire and JC pledged their love surrounded by white florals and lush greenery.
Claire was radiant in her strapless gown and fingertip veil. Her gown’s multi-tiered skirting was light and airy and its beaded belt brought the bling! The wedding party was outfitted in classic black and white and JC was particularly dapper in his tux.
A harpist greeted guests as they entered the country club and the wedding party was led in by bagpipers. After cocktails on the patio, the party moved inside to the ballroom.
Dreamy pink and gold decor brought the space to life and crystal candelabras held white pillars. The centerpieces featured peonies, roses and hydrangea and gilded table numbers completed the tablescapes. The Michael Beers band had everyone dancing, so late night pizza and milkshakes made the perfect treat. There was also a taco truck on site for snacking and guests took home cinnamon rolls after saying good night with a sparkler send off. Congratulations Claire and JC!
