Sammy and Mikee are both dancers. When they met, they were on opposing teams in an international dance battle! Australians versus Americans. The event turned into one big dance party and at the end of the night, Mikee got Sammy’s number. This international couple got engaged on a vacation to Rome. They were on a rooftop overlooking the city when Mikee popped the question. Of course, Sammy said yes and wedding planning was underway. Their big day started with a traditional church ceremony before a fun (and acrobatic) photo shoot on the streets of Brisbane.
Sammy was radiant in her classic ballgown. Its lacy illusion neckline and full skirting were positively dreamy! Her bridesmaids wore chic white lace dresses and the groomsmen were handsome in gray. Meanwhile, Mikee stood out in his navy blue suit in gray tie.
The reception space was decked out in twinkle lights and blush pink florals. At the same time, sparkling crystal accents added glamour to the decor. Friends and family honored the newlyweds with special toasts and after dinner, Sammy and Mikee played the shoe game. After the bouquet and garter were tossed, the dance floor came to life with, as you might have guessed – an epic dance off! Congratulations Sammy and Mikee!
